Service One-Onboarding and Assimilation
Mentoring and providing coaching to junior executives is a natural service for more experienced executives to provide. However, we found that many, if not most, executive supervisors do not coach or mentor their direct reports.
We also found that many new presidents who are hired for their background experiences have trouble fitting those experiences and past decisions to the new role as a CEO of a college.
Boards of trustees should not expect a new CEO to acquire the proper skills to succeed on their own. (Current research points at the need for coaching to help new CEOs and those moving to new locations.)
That's where we come in. We start with initial coaching, goal setting, working with the board and/higher levels of administration like district and state organizations.

Service Two-Administrative Training
We also provide schools with training of any and all levels of administration personnel in several formats that are designed to meet your needs. From face-to-face to phone, we can be there when needed, and as needed.
Service Three-Faculty Training
We can provide training to faculty that is designed around your needs, and your budget. As Community College World Solutions, we are part of Chalk Talker Training (LLc). We are prepared to help faculty prepare to teach (taking their field experience into the classroom) and to help current teachers improve their methods.
Service Four-Accreditation / strategic planning
We have mutiple consultants in our organization who can guide your personnel to positve outcomes in the regional accreditation preparation. Experts in SACS, HLC, and other regions are on our team, ready to assist.
